- Definition of the construction process and procedures extend to codes, regulations, product specification, safety procedures, drawings, contracts, and construction documents. To insure our success and the success of our customers we require cooperation to obtain all necessary information to conduct construction operations. Without all information, plans, definitions, specifications provided by the contractor/builder R&R will be unable to complete its scope of work within the required time frames and specifications.
