The Place at Corkscrew is a single-family community by Pulte Homes located in Estero, Florida. Estero is a village in Lee County, sandwiched between Naples and Fort Myers along Florida’s Gulf Coast.
With 18 different models, this gated community offers home buyers a variety of options to give them the feel of a custom-built home. The models come with 2 to 6 bedrooms and 2 to 6.5 bathrooms. They all have garages, either 2 or 3 car. The smallest model is a spacious, 1,674-square-foot home with the largest model at 4,242 square feet.
This community has more than just homes. The Place at Corskscrew features its own restaurant, care and marketplace, a resort pool with a 100-foot-long waterslide, a sand beach with cabanas, sand volleyball courts and multiple fire pit areas. There is also a fitness center, sports courts, playgrounds, a splash pad area and more.
Lee County is home to some of the best schools in the state, which is attractive to young families. The area is also home to Florida Gulf Coast University. The community is less than 25 minutes to Southwest Florida International Airport and less than 15 minutes to shopping and dining at Gulf Coast Town Center and Miramar Outlets.
Richard and Rice Construction is doing the shell construction work for this community. Phase 1 amenities are complete, and Phase 2 and 3 amenities are now under construction.
