According to a recent Miami Herald article, Homestead was deemed the most undervalued neighborhood and is a great option for budget-conscious buyers. The median square foot price is $140, compared to $338 for Miami Shores and $254 for Little Havana. The development is located near the Homestead Sports Complex, the Homestead-Miami Speedway as well as a number of parks. It is also not far from the famous Robert is Here Fruit Stand, Schnebly Redland’s Winery and Brewery and the Navy Wells Pineland Preserve.
