Richard & Rice Construction Company Wins Lee BIA 2020 Pinnacle Award for "Subcontractor of the Year"

Fort Myers, Florida – The Lee Building Industry Association, a not-for-profit trade organization representing Lee, Hendry, and Glades counties, has named Richard & Rice Construction Company the 2020 winner for “Subcontractor of the Year.”

Dec. 10th, 2020 – Richard & Rice Construction Company accepted the award from Lee BIA, authorized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and an affiliate of the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), a powerful voice for the building industry growing in Southwest Florida.

Subcontractor of the Year represents a company delivering the best for their clients, keeping an excellent record of progress, following OSHA safety regulations, demonstrating a healthy and safe environment, and growth in residential building. The construction industry has only continued to grow tremendously throughout the years allowing it to become more competitive than ever before.
