Statement of Services

Richard & Rice Construction Company, Inc. is fully licensed and insured. All labor and materials will be delivered and installed adhering to all of the contractor/builder scope requirements, governing code, and regulatory agency requirements. At least one full time experienced supervisor and or project manager will be present for all inspections within the R&R scope of work. R&R will provide full time supervision managing all construction operations, scheduling, safety, and quality assurance associated with the R&R scope of work. Re-inspection fees will be paid by R&R if they are a caused by R&R. The provided scope of work is a standard offering, unless otherwise noted. If additions or deletions to the scope of work are required please contact us and we would be happy to price the scope based on your specific needs.
